Yesterday my parents hosted a beautiful Winter themed baby shower for my sister. They decorated their house beautifully  and as a joint effort we were able to pull a lovely shower.  Steven and my dad made yummy grilled cheese sandwiches and tomatoe soup. There was a delicious hot chocolate bar with marshmallows, crushed peppermint and candies, there was a sweet table with cookies, Mexican bread and a cake.  My parents also set up a fun photo booth for people to take pictures. Everything looked amazing, but what looked beautiful was the Mommy to be. My sister was glowing in a pink, sparkly dress with these adorable shiny shoes, her little belly was so cute in her dress. The excitement in her face during the whole shower made my day. I am so happy for Jenni and Steven, they both seem so excited to meet their beautiful baby girl. I can not wait to hold Analisa in my arms and give her lots and lots of kisses.  I love you Kiki, I hope you will remember your shower forever...

Happy New Year! I can't believe it's 2016. What a blessing 2015 was for myself and my family. This year as I reflect God granted me with so many blessing, a wedding, a house, a sweet niece that will arrive in February and so much more. I can't help but to think how amazing 2015 was, it truly it one that I will always remember. Along with blessing there were also those hard moments but thru the support of great friends and family we were able to get thru them. We will always hold a special place in our heart for our loved ones that were lost this year, Grandpa Jack, Big Henry and sweet Faith. Thank you God for such an unforgettable year. I can't wait to see what God has in store for 2016.
