Working Out and Pregnancy

I had always been involved in cheerleading and gymnastics as a kid. However I never grew up in the "gym" setting. It wasn't until I turned 20 that I started going to the gym, lifting weights etc. I became a certified personal trainer and master fitness specialist because I love the fitness industry that much. I always knew working out and fitness would be a huge part of my life but I never knew thought that one day i'd be pregnant and still working out.  I joined this amazing outdoor bootcamp in June 2014, called Camp Gladiator. I can honestly say, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. One of the trainers who encouraged me to attend the class was actually an old coworker from 24 hour fitness where we trained clients. When I found out I was pregnant in December 2015 I was a little hesitant as to what I'd be able to still do, could my body handle the outdoor temps in Texas? would it be safe for the me and the baby to continue with this bootcamp? 8 months pregnant

Okay so I've totally suxed at updating this blog, between finishing up the school year, all the new home improvements and changes and not to mention I'm 32 weeks pregnant.  Things have been going well with the pregnancy. I can't believe I'm only 8 weeks away from meeting sweet Chloe. Yup that's her name, Chloe Elizabeth Hoofnel. I had a 4d sonogram done at 27 weeks and she looks so much like her daddy already. Makes my heart happy, to see that my sweet girl looks like her daddy, because I love him so much.  I had my maternity photos done last week and I love them.  I decided to do a bohemian theme photo shoot and my parents and sister did a wonderful job at helping to stage the props, the teepee a, dream catchers outfits etc. I'm so blessed to have them here to help out. Veraya did my photo shoot in our backyard. (My favorite part of my house) Even Jeremy decided to be a part of some of the pictures which made me so happy. Here's a link to a flipgram with so...
