I had always been involved in cheerleading and gymnastics as a kid. However I never grew up in the "gym" setting. It wasn't until I turned 20 that I started going to the gym, lifting weights etc. I became a certified personal trainer and master fitness specialist because I love the fitness industry that much. I always knew working out and fitness would be a huge part of my life but I never knew thought that one day i'd be pregnant and still working out. I joined this amazing outdoor bootcamp in June 2014, called Camp Gladiator. I can honestly say, it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. One of the trainers who encouraged me to attend the class was actually an old coworker from 24 hour fitness where we trained clients. When I found out I was pregnant in December 2015 I was a little hesitant as to what I'd be able to still do, could my body handle the outdoor temps in Texas? would it be safe for the me and the baby to continue with this bootcamp?
