4 weeks on Therapeutic Ketones...4 lbs gone and 5 total inches lost. However this is just the beginning of the changes I’ve noticed and felt since starting on Ketone supplements. I adjusted my diet to a low carb diet basically taking in between 45-65 grams of carbs a day. When I look back at my fitness pal and see how many carbs I use to consume I’m amazed! My daily carb intake use to be between 130-230g of carbs. I use to eat candy, chips and sweets daily. I would justify my intake based on my calorie goal but not really care about the nutrients I was taking in. Now I don’t even crave the things I use to. I now eat healthy fats, proteins and some carbs. Every week I allow myself a cheat meal/snack but other than that I’m okay without all the junk. While taking Ketones I’ve noticed I have so much more energy as well, being a full time mommy can be exhausting and draining.
