So eating low Carb is actually one of the easiest life style changes I’ve made. There are still so many healthy and easy options to make and I love making breakfast now. Here are a few of my favorite recipes with the Macros from @myfitnesspal too.

Egg Bell Pepper
*cut a round part of a bell pepper bout an inch thick put iron pan and let it sit for a bit in oil
* crack a brown organic egg inside the round part of the bell pepper and let it cook just enough to be able to flip (like your making an over easy egg
*flip cook a bit longer take out of pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cheese omelet and bacon
*make an omelet stuffed with cheese
*top with tbs of salsa
* eat with 2 slices of bacon
EASY!
Cottage Cheese with Strawberries
* get the full fat cottage cheese 1/2 a cup
*chop up 3 strawberries
*sprinkle with half of a 1/4 of a cup of pecans.
People get the misconception that eating low carb is hard but it’s not and there really is so much you can still eat with plenty of flavor. You just have to plan and make an effort.
